About the Role As a PCB Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of high-precision electronic devices. You will utilize your technical expertise in soldering and component integration to ensure every assembly meets rigorous quality standards, directly impacting the reliability of our final products. Responsibilities Execute complex assembly of circuit boards and electronic sub-assemblies by following detailed technical schematics. Perform high-precision through-hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) soldering to ensure robust electrical connections. Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections to verify that all components meet industry-standard quality benchmarks. Perform necessary rework and troubleshooting on assemblies to maintain high yield rates and minimize waste.
