$20.00 per Hour Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fabrication / Special Parts Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you will assist with fabricating, assembling, modifying, and preparing specialty parts and components to meet production and customer specifications. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble specialty parts and components Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely Perform measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly tasks Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with material handling and inventory as needed Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Previous fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred Ability to use measuring tools and read basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Good attendance and reliable work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
