Valve Assembler (1st Shift) Gerald Industries, A DEMA Company | Gerald, MO | Full-Time, Onsite $17.10/hour to start + $1.00/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive Earn up to $18.10/hour when the incentive is earned

Nobody is going to check your work twice. You're going to check it

Build complete products by integrating components, subassemblies, and hardware to spec Read and work from engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and standard work Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, gauges, and assembly fixtures Run required functional tests

About the Work Environment This is a manufacturing plant, and we'd rather you know what that means before you apply. You'll be on your feet at a workstation or assembly cell for most of the shift. It's loud enough in places that hearing protection is required. Temperatures follow the seasons. Safety glasses and sturdy closed-toe shoes are required in production areas, and the work involves oils, lubricants, sealants, and adhesives common to assembly. Because this role includes product testing, you'll work around compressed air, pneumatic equipment, and pressurized systems. We train on hazardous-energy control and test procedures, and we expect them followed every time- no shortcuts, no exceptions.
