Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Cabinet Builders, Countertop Builders, and Fabricators . No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and being part of a dynamic production team, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in manufacturing.
Summary:
As a Shop Worker , you will play an essential role in our manufacturing and production processes . You will work with woodworking tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be key to maintaining production efficiency. Forklift experience is a premium skill , but not required. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to nationwide projects right here in the Valley!Key Responsibilities:
Utilize precision measuring tools (tape measure, caliper) for machine setup, cutting, and assembly. Read and interpret work orders, submittals, and production documents to advance projects through the manufacturing process. Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery used in cabinet and countertop fabrication. Use handheld power tools (drills, saws, sanders, etc.) to shape wood and other materials. Select and match materials for color, grain, texture, and overall aesthetic consistency . Assemble cabinet components, install hardware (hinges, drawer guides, pulls, etc.), and ensure structural integrity. Maintain accurate production records by logging work hours and completed tasks in the company's system. Prepare finished products for shipping while maintaining organization and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols , including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (eye, ear, and breathing protection). Perform daily cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Qualifications:
No prior experience required —we provide on-the-job training! Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment . Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial. Forklift experience is a premium skill but not required. Quick learner with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent time-management skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and stay motivated.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 5-60 lbs. frequently without assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods. Comfortable working in tight spaces when required. Capable of providing physical assistance to team members if needed.Benefits:
