What You'll Do (The Impact You'll Make)

Precision Assembly:

Bring blueprints to life by assembling and installing high-quality mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

System Integration:

Build out essential auxiliary equipment, including coolant systems, chip conveyors, and advanced automation components.

Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate directly with engineering by providing real-world feedback and "red-line" drawing changes when you spot a better way to do things.

Team Collaboration:

Work side-by-side with a skilled assembly crew to maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing workspace.

What We Are Looking For The Blueprint Mindset:

Ability to comfortably read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Hands-On Experience:

Ideally, you bring 2+ years of experience in industrial machinery assembly, maintenance, or a related technical field (a technical degree or certificate is a huge plus!).

Mechanical Know-How:

Solid familiarity working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.

Physical Readiness:

Comfort standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a dynamic environment.
