Our client is needing dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Workers to join their team in a fast-paced food processing plant in Washington, MO. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This position requires individuals who are committed to maintaining compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Duties Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established protocols. Package finished products while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools. Assist in the monitoring of production processes to ensure quality control. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment for proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Utilize forklifts as needed for the movement of materials within the facility. Requirements Previous experience in a food processing or production environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and FDA regulations is essential. Familiarity with CGMP standards is a plus. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is desirable. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Capacity to work in a team-oriented environment with effective communication skills. Willingness to adhere to strict sanitation protocols throughout the production process.
