Job Description
Cabinet Warehouse & Cabinet Builder About the Position We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cabinet Warehouse & Cabinet Builder to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, cabinet assembly, and production support. The ideal candidate has experience with cabinets, woodworking, carpentry, construction, or warehouse operations and is comfortable using hand and power tools. We are also willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and desire to learn. Responsibilities Build and assemble cabinets according to company specifications and production requirements. Assemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and other components. Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and accessories. Measure, cut, drill, and assemble materials accurately. Safely operate hand tools and power tools. Inspect completed cabinets to ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality. Receive, unload, organize, and store cabinet materials and supplies. Pull and stage materials for cabinet production, deliveries, and installations. Maintain accurate inventory and communicate material shortages or damaged products. Prepare finished cabinets for delivery or installation. Load and unload cabinets and materials safely. Keep the warehouse, production area, and workstations clean and organized. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications Cabinet, woodworking, carpentry, construction, or warehouse experience preferred. Experience using hand and power tools preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and accurately interpret measurements. Ability to follow cabinet plans, drawings, and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Must be able to safely lift and move cabinets and materials. Physical Requirements This position requires standing and working with your hands for extended periods. The employee must be able to bend, kneel, reach, and lift materials and cabinets. Ability to lift up to approximately 75 pounds , with assistance when needed, is required. Why Join Our Team?
