ASSEMBLER III
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. The work model for the role is: {Onsite} You will be mainly accountable for: Primarily troubleshoot and repair breakers Understand how the product works,need to be able to work on all stations Understand how the accessories work with the product Know how Turn on and off all equipment Know how to interpret tester data Red tag processat the end ofthe eachshift Recordtally at the end of the dayfor red tagged breakers Assist intraining ofthe operators and give feedback on quality issues on the line Record production data issues daily and manage defect tracker Support with trainings of the other employees Perform housekeeping duties throughout the shift and at designated times. Able to run all testing equipment Supports Coordinator in keeping the operation moving Other duties as deemed necessary or assigned. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) Requiredto stand, bend walk for extended periods of time throughout shift. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and understanding of overallmanufacturingoperations. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. Detailed and team oriented. Flexibleto workovertime with little or no notice.
