Duties Operate assembly line equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise assembly tasks according to specifications Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with forklift operation and warehouse tasks as needed to support material movement Follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines during all phases of assembly Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is highly advantageous Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is a plus Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow technical instructions Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment This role offers an energetic environment where your contributions directly influence product quality and production efficiency. Pay:
