Job Description

Adecco is seeking a Spring Up Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a furniture manufacturing client. This position is responsible for assembling and preparing upholstered furniture frames using various spring systems, webbing, sheathing, and fastening methods. Candidates must be safety-conscious, comfortable working with hand tools, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Handle, unstack, restack, and maneuver furniture frame components weighing 30-40 lbs. Use hand-held pneumatic staple guns to attach springs, webbing, clips, and other upholstery components to wooden frames. Work with a variety of materials including: Metal springs Polypropylene webbing Sheathing Cardboard components Learn and apply multiple spring-up methods, styles, and assembly techniques. Operate equipment used to stretch and secure sheathing materials. Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in spring-up, upholstery, furniture manufacturing, or similar assembly work preferred. Experience using pneumatic staple guns and hand tools highly preferred. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Must be able to communicate effectively in English with supervisors and team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Pay Details:
