Boater's World Manufacturing Group is seeking dependable, hands-on Boat Assemblers to join our manufacturing operation in Chocowinity, North Carolina. The Boat Assembler is responsible for assembling and installing components, hardware, seating, accessories, and other equipment throughout the boat production process. This position uses a variety of hand and power tools and works closely with other production team members to ensure boats are assembled safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. Previous boat manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with transferable experience in manufacturing, automotive, RV, construction, carpentry, mechanical assembly, equipment installation, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble and install boat components, hardware, seating, accessories, and related equipment Measure, position, drill, fasten, and install components according to specifications Safely operate drills, impact drivers, saws, grinders, sanders, measuring tools, and other hand and power tools Read and follow work instructions, measurements, templates, and production specifications Assist with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and rigging installations as assigned Install hardware, trim, hatches, consoles, seating, and other interior and exterior components Inspect completed work for proper fit, alignment, function, and appearance Identify quality or assembly concerns and communicate them to the appropriate supervisor Coordinate with other production areas to maintain an efficient manufacturing flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company quality, production, and safety procedures Meet established production expectations while maintaining quality workmanship Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned

Requirements:
