Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Frame Builder to join our Frame Assembly Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardwood frame assembly, although we are open to considering exceptional candidates with plywood frame assembly experience.

Monday•

Thursday:

7:00 AM•4:00

PM Friday:

7:00 AM•11:00

AM Key Responsibilities:

Assemble wooden frames according to specifications and production standards Read and interpret blueprints or assembly drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Prior experience in frame assembly (hardwood preferred, plywood considered) Ability to read and follow assembly instructions or blueprints Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:
