Assembly Technician Denver, North Carolina Jones Networking is recruiting an Assembly Technician to join a precision manufacturing company in Denver, NC that produces high-quality composite components.

The Assembly Technician will perform precision assembly and finishing work on composite components and sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand skills, and the ability to independently read and work from technical drawings. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with significant growth options. Transferable Experience Candidates with backgrounds in aircraft maintenance, aircraft structures, woodworking, cabinetry, fabrication, or other precision trades may be highly qualified for this position.

Assembly Technician Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and work independently from technical drawings and work instructions.
• Assemble composite components and sub-assemblies to specified requirements.
• Perform bonding of composite components and sub-assemblies.
• Trim composite parts to final dimensions.
• Measure and verify components using appropriate precision measuring tools.
• Maintain required dimensions, fit, alignment, and surface finish.
• Perform drilling, fastening, bonding, and other assembly operations as required.
• Perform minor surface preparation and finishing work.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues before they affect product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Assembly Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to independently read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand skills.
• Experience performing precision assembly, fabrication, trimming, or finishing work.
• Ability to accurately measure and work to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Previous composite manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Assembly Technician Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is commensurate with experience and health benefits are offered.
