6:00 AM•4:30 PM | $19.00+/hour (based on experience) 2nd

3:00 PM•11:30 PM | $21.50+/hour (based on experience) ResourceMFG is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Durham, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and building high-quality products in a team-oriented environment. As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will assemble and install mechanical and electrical components while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure quality and production standards are met. Advancement Potential Key Responsibilities:
Assemble generator components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assemble metal structures and external generator components Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify defects Read and accurately use tape measures and measuring tools Maintain production standards while meeting quality requirements Work with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and support production goals Work overtime as needed #greatjob
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Resume required for consideration
