  • Durham, NC Schedule:
    Monday
  • Friday | 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM (or 4:30pm with OT)
Pay Rate:
$18.50+ DOE Responsibilities of an Assembly Tech Perform final assembly of products according to specifications and quality standards Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet customer requirements Operate hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized workflow Maintain a clean and orderly work area Report equipment or material issues to supervisors promptly Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail
