Pay:

$19.00 - $23.50 per hour Job description: Assembly Technician (3rd Shift) Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow into advanced equipment operation (forklift, overhead crane).

What You'll Do:

Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions independently Assemble components involving hydraulic and electrical systems Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.50 per hour
