Job Description

3rd Shift Assembly Technician Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 3rd Shift Assembly Technician for our client located in Kernersville, NC.
Hours:
10:00pm-6:00pm Sunday-Thursday (overtime will be mandatory) Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for 1 month, then transition to 3rd shift hours.

JOB SUMMARY
Will be performing advanced and precision assembly of industrial products in accordance with established specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. This role includes conducting high-accuracy calibration, balancing, and testing using precision measuring instruments, as well as performing installation, repair, reassembly, and adjustments of components. The technician will handle materials, maintain inventory, operate material-handling equipment, and ensure compliance with all safety, PPE, and ESD protocols. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description:
Perform complex and advanced product assembly following specifications and instructions. Complete high-precision calibration, testing, and adjustments using specialized instruments. Monitor equipment functionality and report issues or substandard conditions to the supervisor. Install, repair, inspect, reassemble, replace, refit, and adjust products as needed. Order, stock, and organize materials to prevent shortages. Receive, unload, unpack, and distribute materials to designated workstations. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assemble products. Inventory and track parts, tools, and components used in production. Assemble industrial fans according to work orders and maintain low scrap rates. Balance and test fans and motors for proper performance. Operate precision measurement equipment. Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent attendance Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor. Capacity to lift and move products weighing 50-70 lbs. Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused for long periods. Must be able to pass all new hire screenings EEO #HP123
