Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly line duties, collaborate with team members to meet production goals, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Attendance Bonus Opportunity Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus. Team members can earn an additional $1.00 per hour for every hour worked, on top of their regular hourly wage, by working all scheduled shifts during the week. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to complete production tasks efficiently. Rotate between assigned tasks and production processes as needed. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met. Package and prepare completed products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, assembly equipment, and production processes is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Capable of continuously lifting and handling materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
