PM Overtime:

Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays as production needs dictate. Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembler / Spot Welder Operators to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position is responsible for assembling components, operating spot welding equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or construction experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines Meet daily production and performance goals Operate hand and power tools as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Perform additional production duties as assigned Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of manufacturing assembly or construction experience Ability to safely operate or learn to operate spot welding equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Ability to work required overtime as production demands Preferred Qualifications Previous spot welding experience Experience using hand and power tools Experience reading work instructions or blueprints Manufacturing or fabrication experience Core Competencies Assembly, Spot Welding, Manufacturing, Production, Hand Tools, Quality Inspection, Safety Compliance, Teamwork, Production Efficiency, Attention to Detail, Reliability, Time Management
