Job Description

Role Summary Our Kinston, NC (28504) facility is looking for a dedicated Assembly Technician to support our production operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining high manufacturing standards by building products with accuracy and care. We are looking for individuals who take pride in manual work, possess strong observational skills, and enjoy contributing to a cooperative shop floor. Core Duties Construct parts and sub-assemblies by strictly adhering to provided technical drawings and design requirements. Perform thorough inspections to verify that all finished goods align with our internal quality benchmarks. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly. Work alongside colleagues to help optimize our production methods and overall workflow efficiency. Notify management immediately regarding any production errors or material inconsistencies. Operate both manual and power-driven equipment with a focus on safe handling practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to sharpen your technical expertise. Requirements Completion of secondary education or GED; vocational training is considered an asset. Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly setting is highly desirable. Demonstrate high levels of precision and the capacity to execute complex instructions. Possess excellent manual dexterity and physical coordination. Show the ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor and a team player. Maintain a foundational grasp of mechanical principles and standard hardware. Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and a constructive, upbeat mindset.
