Our client has a temp to hire positions currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Foam Room Assemblers/Foam Cutters. If you have a passion for hands-on work and attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Foam Assembly Team Member, you will be responsible for assembling products, conducting acceptance test procedures, and packaging items for shipment.

Your primary duties will include:

• Utilizing hands to perform bench-type processes for assembling and sub assembling products.
• Operating foam cutting equipment to cut foam pieces to size according to product specifications.
• Reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and adhering to safety regulations.
• Performing preventive maintenance on machines as required.
• Completing tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
• Please note that duties and responsibilities may evolve with the needs of the job.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in general manufacturing assembly.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• General technical capacity and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong time management skills with a focus on completing projects efficiently.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Must have Forklift Certification.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, use hands to handle objects, and occasionally walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required, including close vision and depth perception.
• Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; moderate noise level in the work environment.

Experience Required:

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing assembly.
• 1 year of experience lifting up to 50 lbs.
