Role:
As a Heavy Equipment Assembler, you will build and assemble on of our commercial-class machines - such as asphalt pavers, brooms, graders, or road wideners. Ensuring that each unit meets LEEBOY's quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Use hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque tools. Remove small amounts of metal to ensure proper fit between parts. Drill, tap and ream holes as required. Bend and install hydraulic piping. Install hoses based on process drawings. Perform basic wiring and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues. Test or support testing of completed product.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of mechanical repair experience (professional or personal). Familiarity with wrench sizes and torque specifications. Ability to install engine hoses, clamps, and basic wiring.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience with automotive, tractor, or motorsports repairs. Experience reading and following assembly or process drawings.
