To be considered, you must have experience working as a dedicated, detail-oriented Production Assembler.
Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Product Finishing:
    Install screw thread inserts, pins, and other specialized hardware components into precision-machined parts. ...
  • Blueprint Analysis:
    Review and interpret electronic or written blueprints, technical drawings, process travelers, and notes to determine correct assembly sequences and specifications.
  • Manual Machining Operations:
    Safely operate drills, taps, punches, and deburring equipment to prep holes and finishes for screws, bolts, and rivets.
  • Quality Inspection:
    Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, scales, and pin gauges) to check individual parts and final assemblies against strict tolerances.
Tool & Material Selection:
Select and set up the appropriate hand tools, fixtures, and hardware required for each unique custom job.
