Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager Position Summary Corrcan is seeking a dependable and motivated Fabrication Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal components and products in a shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembling metal components
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret basic drawings, work orders, and measurements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support team members and supervisors with additional shop tasks as needed Work Schedule & Travel
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Overtime may be required based on workload and project deadlines
• Occasional travel may be required for job site support or project work Qualifications
• Prior fabrication, welding, or shop experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Compensation & Benefits

Entry-level:

starting at $16-$18

Mid-level:

$18-$24

Experienced:

up to $30
