Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum components according to specifications and quality standards. Follow blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and welding procedures. Inspect completed welds and ensure quality requirements are met. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE and equipment. Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive work environment. Work independently while meeting production deadlines and quality expectations.

What You'll Bring:

Proven TIG welding experience on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds. Knowledge of welding safety practices and manufacturing procedures. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Welding certification preferred but not required.
