Job Description

Join Our Team and Help Build Something That Moves the World Are you hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and motivated by seeing the results of your work come to life? As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in producing high‑quality custom motor components that power essential equipment across industries. You'll work with a supportive team, modern tools, and clear blueprints to create products you'll be proud of. What You'll Do (and Love Doing) Build custom motor components by reading and following work packets and blueprints with accuracy. Rotate between hands-on tasks such as magnetizing, assembling, testing, banding, painting, and packing. Use quality hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments to ensure every product meets our high standards. Assemble premanufactured parts and test final products to ensure they perform exactly as designed. Support smooth production by performing basic equipment maintenance and immediately reporting safety or repair concerns. Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned by your leadership team. What You'll Bring to the Team High school diploma or GED (required). One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Skills That Will Help You Succeed Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Proficiency with measuring instruments and basic mathematical concepts. Skilled in the operation of hand tools and manufacturing equipment. Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting.
