We are currently seeking Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a stable first-shift work environment. Essential Job Responsibilities Assemble, test, inspect, and package products according to established work instructions and quality standards. Read and understand work orders, assembly procedures, and specifications before beginning production. Verify parts and materials for accuracy and defects prior to assembly. Gather required tools, components, and materials needed to complete assigned work orders. Troubleshoot and rework rejected or nonconforming products as directed. Maintain quality standards and comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing production priorities. Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic.
