We specialize in high-quality channel letters, cabinets, custom signage, and fabrication. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Channel Letter & Sign Assembly Technician. Responsibilities Interpret drawings, lighting layouts, and production documents to accurately assemble signage components. Assemble channel letters, raceways, cabinets, and other custom signage. Install LEDs, power supplies, wiring, and electrical components. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Apply trim cap, mount letter backs, faces, and internal components. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Package completed signs for shipping. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines. Handle manual tasks such as lifting and positioning large signage. Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing setting to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in channel letter fabrication, sign manufacturing, sheet metal assembly, or a related production environment is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to read measuring tapes and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
