Winston-Salem/Kernersville, NC area
Shift:
3rd Shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00
AM Pay:
$17.50 per hour We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pre-Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications, reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and supporting production standards in a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex and advanced product assembly according to established specifications, work orders, and instructions. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately pre-assemble products and components. Assemble various types of stators and rotors based on production requirements. Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or substandard conditions to the line lead or supervisor. Use precision measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials used during the assembly process. Operate a pallet jack as needed to move materials safely. Follow all PPE, ESD, safety, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 6S standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to stand on concrete for the full shift. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk the production floor, and move products as needed. Ability to lift 10-40 lbs. throughout the shift. Flexibility to work overtime as requested. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
