In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently while following established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a hands-on, team-focused environment. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute to building quality products, we'd like to hear from you. This is a full time position with excellent benefits based in our West Fargo facility.

Plan Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strong mechanical ability with hand tools.
• Experience in the assembly of heavy/medium sized equipment.
• Ability to read and translate blueprints.
• Basic math Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. These positions are not "assembly line" type of work. They require anywhere from light to heavy lifting and working on sub-assemblies that go into larger assemblies for the finished products, sometimes with small teams of other assemblers. Education/Experience
• High School or GED certification.
