What a day in the life of an Electrical Assembler at REV looks like: Assemble harnesses cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components
Troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry
Repair defects
Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
Final assembly of parts and hardware
Test products to ensure performance to specifications
Report repetitive quality issues Required education, skills, and experience to be successful: Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred high school diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts with written and verbal instructions
Ability to understand both 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry.
Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, and screw guns
Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance
Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
Ability to work in a team environment
