. Adecco is currently staffing for a growing manufacturing company in Keene, NH that is seeking an experienced Soldering Technician to join their 1st shift team! If you have experience with electronic assembly, soldering, and reading blueprints and schematics, this is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment with long-term potential.

Location:

Keene, NH

Pay:

$24.00-$28.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Perform hand soldering on electronic components, wires, and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Assemble electronic and electromechanical products using hand tools and precision equipment.
  • Inspect finished assemblies to ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
  • Identify and repair solder defects while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Utilize measuring devices and inspection tools to verify product accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established manufacturing procedures.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electronic schematics.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • IPC certification is a plus but not required. Why Apply?

Pay Details:
