. Assembler

Our Lebanon, NH manufacturing client is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler for their dynamic team. This full-time, first-shift role works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!

Responsibilities of the Assembler

Assemble products according to required specifications

Become proficient in soldering

Follow safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, compliance documents, etc.

Use a variety of measuring devices (e.g., rulers, eye loop, digital scale, thickness gages, etc.)

Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Keep work area and equipment clean and organized

Cross-train to other departments as needed

Perform additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Assembler

Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
