Compensation:

$15.00 - $20.00 / hour (DOE) I. Position Summary Wilcom Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team in Meredith, NH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to learn specialized skills in the telecommunications industry. We are a stable, growth-oriented small company that prides itself on a friendly and supportive work environment. On-the-job training will be provided for all technical tasks. II.

Primary Responsibilities Precision Assembly:

Perform intricate assembly of electronic components and printed circuit boards according to technical specifications.

Technical Execution:

Utilize hand tools for specialized tasks including soldering, wire-wrapping, and fastening small components.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure all finished products meet company and industry standards.

Documentation:

Read and interpret technical drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy.

Workplace Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workstation in accordance with company safety protocols. III.

Qualifications & Requirements Manual Dexterity:

Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small parts and hand tools for extended periods.

Visual Acuity:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately distinguish colors for wiring and component identification.

Work Ethic:

Highly reliable with a track record of punctuality and consistent performance.

Communication:

Ability to follow multi-step verbal and written instructions and collaborate effectively within a small team.

Education:
