Pay rate: $18-45 We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble precision electro-mechanical components and finished products while following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment. Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments to meet product specifications. Inspect completed work throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met. Report defects, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Meet daily production and quality goals. Qualifications 1-3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Physical Requirements Stand or sit for extended periods. Perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks. Good visual acuity for inspecting small components.
