CNC Hardware Assembler - 2nd Shift Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) CNC Hardware Assembler to join their growing team. This position is responsible for safely and accurately completing machined parts to specification by installing hardware, performing drilling and tapping operations, and conducting quality inspections. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, working with precision measuring tools, and maintaining high quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions to determine assembly requirements. Install helicoils, PEM inserts, and other hardware components into machined parts. Perform drilling, punching, and tapping operations according to specifications. Inspect parts, assemblies, and completed work using calipers, micrometers, scales, and other measuring instruments. Verify product quality and ensure all work meets customer and engineering requirements. Select and utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for each job. Complete required documentation and quality records accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production standards. Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Experience with hardware installation, drilling, tapping, and deburring processes. Familiarity with various hardware types, installation methods, and assembly techniques. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a CNC machining environment. Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience. Knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing best practices. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and production equipment. Why Join Us?
