Responsibilities Program and operate advanced CNC press brake systems to achieve precise metal forming results. Optimize production workflows by selecting and installing appropriate tooling configurations for diverse bend sequences. Translate complex blueprints and 3D CAD models into efficient machine operations. Drive quality assurance by performing thorough first-article inspections using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers. Maintain equipment performance through proactive setup adjustments and routine operational oversight. Collaborate with the production team to ensure project timelines are met with high accuracy. Required Skills Proven experience operating CNC press brake machinery in a high-precision environment. Strong proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and complex engineering drawings. Demonstrated ability to calculate and adjust bend allowances for material accuracy. Capability to perform physical tasks, including handling metal sheets and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Direct experience with Trumpf CNC controls and software interfaces. Familiarity with modern fabrication software like Touchpoint, BendMaster, or Boost. Background in high-tolerance sheet metal fabrication.
