In this role, you will assemble mechanical and/or electronic components using hand and power tools, follow detailed work instructions and schematics, and perform visual and measurement inspections to ensure quality. You'll maintain a clean, safe work area, meet daily production targets, and accurately document work performed. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components per work instructions and schematics Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Perform visual and measurement inspections to verify product quality Meet daily and weekly production and accuracy targets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and documentation procedures Report defects, equipment issues, and material shortages promptly Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes Required Skills Mechanical assembly Electronics assembly Use of hand and power tools Blueprint or schematic reading Basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Quality inspection and documentation Basic math and counting Safety procedures and PPE use Lean or 5 S awareness Time management and productivity
