Job Summary Fenco Solutions is currently hiring Day Shift Assemblers to help build our high-quality metal cabinets and safes. This is a hands-on, full-time position in our Burlington, NJ manufacturing facility. We're looking for dependable individuals ready to start immediately. Responsibilities Assemble metal cabinets and safes using tools and instructions Read blueprints, diagrams, and work orders Perform visual inspections for quality control Follow all safety and operational procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals Participate in required union membership Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and punctual work habits Must be able to work night shift hours as scheduled Union membership (or willingness to join) required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 4-day workweek (3-day weekends!)
