We're looking for a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our production team in Hackettstown, NJ . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing top-quality signage. You'll be responsible for building custom interior and exterior signs from concept to completion, using a wide range of materials, tools, and fabrication techniques to meet our exacting quality standards. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders to build signs accurately. Cut, form, and assemble materials including aluminum, acrylic, PVC, vinyl, and brass and stainless steel. Safely operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, drill and tapping machines, waterjets and printers. Apply paint, vinyl graphics, and protective coatings with precision and attention to detail. Fabricate and assemble a variety of sign types: interior and exterior signage Inspect and package finished work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with design specifications. Work closely with designers, project managers, and installers to ensure seamless production flow. Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and safe workspace.
