Full Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications. Integrate various components into complete systems. Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols. Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred. Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, or several years of relevant experience. Professional experience as a metal worker, mechanical engineering technician, locksmith, or similar is an advantage. Welding knowledge in MAG (Metal Active Gas) is a plus but not required. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and mechanical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
