Job Description

Key Responsibilities Read and apply engineering drawings, layouts, and dimensional callouts to build heavy industrial equipment used in crushing, conveying, and portable plant operations. Mechanically assemble machines using work orders and shop documentation, installing purchased components and sub-assemblies—including drives, pulleys, bearings, and structural hardware—at various stages of the build process. Install, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical components, and install, test, and fine-tune hydraulic systems to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance. Operate a wide range of shop tools and equipment such as bearing presses, impact wrenches, nail guns, ironworkers, band saws, drill presses, Jancy drills, and cutting torches while maintaining a strong safety focus. Conduct functional test runs prior to shipment and safely handle materials and assemblies using forklifts and overhead cranes, following approved lifting, rigging, and operating procedures. Shift Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401K retirement account with 5% company match Annual boot reimbursements up to $125 On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Demonstrated manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for mechanical assembly and tool operation. Ability to safely access and work on industrial equipment, including climbing, bending, and maneuvering in and around machinery as needed. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials within established safety guidelines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
