    • + Assemble small electronic and sensor components + Work under a microscope for precision assembly and inspection + Perform soldering, testing, calibration, and quality checks + Read work instructions, blueprints, and schematics + Use hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment + Record production and inspection results + Keep your work area clean and organized + Follow safety and quality procedures •✅ What We're Looking For•+ High School Diploma or GED + Experience assembling small parts in manufacturing + Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods + Strong attention to detail + Ability to follow instructions, drawings, and procedures + Basic computer and data entry skills •!

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $20.
    83 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
