Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope with minimal supervision. This role involves intricate tasks such as die bonding, wire bonding, and header assembly. Your expertise will help us meet production goals through careful use of small hand tools and the ability to interpret complex assembly drawings and documents to ensure proper assembly procedures. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Perform complex assembly operations under a microscope with little or no supervision. Conduct die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly, or operations of comparable difficulty. Utilize small hand tools and interpret complex assembly drawings and documents. Assist in achieving department production goals. Possess detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines. Read and follow operational sheets. Essential Skills Proficient in assembly and use of hand tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with assembly operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a production assembler or mechanical assembler. Work Environment The work environment is detail-oriented, requiring precision and focus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
