Role:

As a Ball Valve Assembler in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality ball valves used across various industrial applications. Your primary focus will be to assemble valve components accurately and efficiently, ensuring each product meets stringent quality and safety standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to identify and resolve any assembly issues, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the final product. You will collaborate closely with quality control and engineering teams to maintain production schedules and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for delivering durable and precise valve solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role, preferably with mechanical components. Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and assembly instructions. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments accurately. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience specifically assembling ball valves or similar industrial valves. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in manufacturing. Basic knowledge of pneumatic or hydraulic systems. Certification in manufacturing safety or quality standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO). Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

Assemble ball valve components according to detailed specifications and blueprints. Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from quality standards. Operate hand tools and assembly machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and completed units. Collaborate with quality assurance to identify and address production issues. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on assembly techniques and product changes.
