We're looking for a mechanically skilled, hands-on assembler to join our team as a Hydraulic Cylinder Assembler, Painter, and Tester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and mechanical assemblies—whether from professional experience or personal projects like working on vehicles or equipment. What You'll Do Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves using hand tools Paint cylinders using spray equipment per blueprints and work instructions Test completed assemblies to verify proper function and quality Read and follow mechanical drawings, part lists, and test specifications Perform inspections and help maintain a clean, organized shop What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Hands-on experience with mechanical work (work, hobby, or trade-related) Ability to read blueprints and follow assembly instructions Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a busy shop environment Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Why You'll Like Working Here Hands-on work building high-quality products Opportunity to grow skills in hydraulics, testing, and assembly Supportive team environment with competitive pay and benefits This role requires hands-on mechanical experience.
