• What You'll Do
• Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing.

Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you'll be trained to: + Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels + Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production + Perform quality checks to meet aerospace standards + Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• What You Bring
• + High school diploma or equivalent + Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team + Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed + Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

• Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $19.00
• $25.

00/hour with 10% shift differential, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
