09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking motivated Production Assemblers to join our A Shift team in Fairport, NY. In this role, you will contribute to meeting daily production quotas while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate assembly equipment including hydraulic presses, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders. Rotate across different work cells as directed by supervisors or cell leaders. Pack finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production cell. Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or lean manufacturing. Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Ability to use hand and power tools, read measuring devices, and follow written instructions. Proficient English reading and writing skills (including MSDS sheets and work instructions). Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, standing for long periods, and moving around the production floor.
