AB_4985582 The Assembler is responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of various mechanical components to complete light fixtures according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires the ability to follow detailed instructions and use basic hand and power tools safely. Basic mechanical aptitude is required.

$50,000•$52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4:30 PM education:
High School Responsibilities Assembly:
Accurately assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final products using hand tools and power tools.
Reading Technical Documentation:
Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and written work instructions to determine component placement and correct assembly sequence.
Quality Control:
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet all specifications and quality standards, checking for proper alignment, fit, and functionality.
Material Handling:
Prepare for assembly by studying parts lists, gathering the necessary components, tools, and materials, and maintaining an organized work area.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all company and industry safety protocols and quality assurance procedures .
Documentation:
Complete production logs, quality reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to identify and implement improvements to assembly processes, quality, and efficiency.
