No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently. Follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and production specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and assembly fixtures as required. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify defects, damaged components, or assembly issues and report them promptly. Perform basic testing and adjustments as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet established production and quality goals. Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Work cooperatively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Perform other duties as assigned.
